Our skip hire covers all of the local areas. We have a varied selection of skips for hire depending on your needs. Our range of high quality skips start at 2 cubic yards and increase in size to 20 cubic yards. The smaller skips are ideal for domestic and builders whereas the larger ones are more suited to industrial and commercial waste. If you are unsure of the size you require our friendly staff are here to help you.
If you need to remove commercial or trade waste from premises then you are going to need to hire a skip. We have many skip sizes available for hire on a day by day or contract basis. There are a number of points to consider before hiring a trade skip.
DOMESTIC SKIP HIRE
If you have large amounts of waste to remove from your home its likely that you will need to hire a skip. Before hiring its worth bearing in mind the following points:-

The permit can be valid from 1 - 28 days. If you think you will need to keep it longer you will need to apply for an additional application.
The skip must be coned and lit at all times.
You must ensure the skip once positioned has its longest side parallel to the pavement, and is as near to the edge of the road as possible. The skip must not be less than 15 meters from a junction. It should not obstruct public access.
It is illegal to overload a skip. If we consider the skip to be dangerously loaded we may well refuse to take the skip away until it has been loaded safely.
Each skip is accompanied by a waste transfer note provided by us, this must be filled in and show an accurate description of the waste in the skip.
TRADE SKIP HIRE
Do not over load the skip. If we consider the skip to be dangerously overloaded we may well refuse to collect the skip until it has been loaded safely.
You should ensure that access and exit routes are not blocked.
